Property description
The site - EX15 1HD
This potential development site is situated close to the town centre of Cullompton and currently comprises a range of commercial buildings and a storage yard area. On 27th January 2014, planning approval (ref: 13/00092/full) was given for the redevelopment of the site, including demolition of the existing buildings and construction of two new detached houses. However, given the development was not commenced, this planning has now lapsed. On the plans that accompanied this previous planning approval, the proposed new properties were shown as three bedroom, two storey houses, both of which were to offer off road parking and well-proportioned garden areas to the rear. The site is accessed via a tarmacked lane off Archers Close and extends (including the access drive) to c. 0.26 acres / c. 0.11 ha.

The site is located close to the town centre and High Street in the market town of Cullompton which offers a good selection of local amenities including Tesco and Aldi supermarket, health and leisure centres, and both junior and senior schools. Approximately 5 miles north of town is the main line railway station of Tiverton Parkway.
