The field currently lies outside Dunsfold’s defined settlement boundary.  As a result the field was promoted in Waverley’s Development Management and Site Allocations DPD and as a result was included within Waverley’s Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment in 2014 which concluded ‘There is a reasonable prospect that the development of housing on this site would be achievable during the plan period’.
