LOCATION
Ushaw Moor is predominantly a residential village situated only 6 miles to the West of Durham City and comprises of a nuclear commercial trading area centered around the crossroad within residential suburbs, predominantly situated to the North, East and West.

Outline Planning Permission has been approved for a small residential estate consisting of 21 dwellings. However, there is potential for the number of units to be increased depending upon the layout of the development. We note that a full planning application will have to be submitted to the local authority prior to the commencement of development. Outline planning permission has been approved and it is assumed that full planning will be granted.
