One of the main reasons I bought the flat was the size of the living room – it was far bigger than most other flats I looked at and I definitely wanted space for a dining table which can be hard to find!

It is a lovely, quiet and secure neighbourhood and all the amenities are so handy. I can walk to the train stations at Redhill and Earlswood which is great for getting into London and there are a couple of local shops nearby too.
