Years ago, I went looking for an apartment and when I found Broadlands Court, I was so pleased. The location was ideal for everything but it is also very quiet here. I remember the moment well, because the sun was beating down into the living room and it felt so light and airy. I pictured myself sat in my lounge with a coffee, enjoying the peace and quiet. The property is easy to keep and the bills are really low too, it heats up quickly in the winter and during the summer months it’s so cheap to run. Having my own parking space right outside has been a bonus, as when I was looking, it was so difficult to find a central apartment with parking. I quickly made up my mind that this was the one!
