However, over the years the family has grown and we moved to a four bedroom home where we have that little bit more space for the children to run around. Since we moved out we have rented the house out and it has been an excellent income for us. We’re sure this house will attract someone like us and the investment buyers who want a buy to let as our tenants have been marvellous and if agreed, will be happy to stay on making this a great investment.
