Our letting fees are at £288 for the property.

This is worked out as follows:

£144 is for an ingoing inventory, the landlord pays for the outgoing inventory

£144  is for refenrecing and contract

We are memebers of the The Property Ombudsman Service.

We protect all Deposit with the MyDeposit Scheme
