Location was important when we were looking for a property. Semi-rural location with good schools and access to local towns and a mainline station were our requirements. This house ticked those boxes.

We also wanted a property which we could extend and we have done this here to create the kitchen and dining areas, which is the hub of the home for us.

We now need to move due to a job relocation but certainly hope the new owners will enjoy this place as much as we have.
