It has been a great property for me over this period, as there are so many potential tenants looking for this type of property. I have never had any void periods in-between occupants in this time so I am very pleased.
I know that the apartment needs a freshen up, but believe that the new buyer will want to do there own thing dependant on whether they live there or rent it out. It is now time for me to move ahead with other plans but am sure the new owner will be as happy as I am.
