Deposit
The deposit is normally £150. All deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service. 247 does not keep any bonds / deposits. Minimium term is 3 Months contract agreement or licence.

admin fee
There is a set Admin fee of £180 based on 1 or 2 adults. These are non-refundable fees.

Rent
All rents are strictly paid one month in advance via standing order.
