Finding our flat was a dream come true. We had searched the market for the wow factor and knew we had found it when we viewed Allon Court. The location is absolutely perfect, taking us 7 minutes to walk to Sutton station, yet still on a very quiet corner. Having two double bedrooms and two bathrooms is perfect, especially when guests stay, and the heated towel rails add to the luxury! The kitchen is spacious with the added benefit of a breakfast bar and the underground car park is also a bonus when it comes to car insurance! We cannot fault our first home and will be sad to move on, but we want to start a family in a house.
