We bought this house from new in 2006 as an investment and ever since we have never had a problem in letting it out. This is mainly due to the area as everything is so handy with a good transport links to the A2/A20 and A256 as well as bus links to town.
We love the fact that the house was so light and airy and there was a garage and parking. Living here would really be a good step onto the housing ladder.
