I bought this property due to it's location as I can be into the City for my work within 45 minutes. Whilst I have lived here I really started to appreciate how quiet it is, and throughout the Seasons the outlook through the windows never failed to put a smile on my face. The bedrooms are very large and when I moved away I was able to rent this property very easily. I also think the addition of a garage is very handy as with more modern flats you tend to be limited on storage. I have freshened the flat up ready for sale, so I am hoping the new buyer can move in and enjoy it very easily.
