Delamere Lake Annual Charges

Pitch fee bands for the 2021/22 season are: Main park = £4,680, Lakeside, = £5,720

These annual charges also cover maintenance of services on park, landscaping, lighting, owner events and the day to day up-keep of the park. The benefits of being an owner at Delamere Lake Sailing & Park include access to our park, private walks and leisure facilities which include:

Annual running costs: Rates, water charges and refuse collection are; £921 per Annum, additional running costs to be considered are: Electricity, Gas and Holiday home Insurance.

Licence Agreement Term:
20 years from New-Full 12 month park open every day.
