When I bought this property I couldn't begin to imagine how convenient it actually is. You have a parking space but rarely used the car as it was so easy to get on the train or bus to get absolutely anywhere - London Gatwick to Brighton.

As my life changed and my family grew we moved to a family home but it is testament to this location re moved just down the road! I think at this point I realised what a fantastic decision I made to buy this as i rented it out so fast.

It is low maintenance and I had people fighting over the property as a rental so all in all a great investment!
