As I knew the area when I drove past I was already excited. As I stepped in I was greeted by a great lounge/diner but the kitchen really was something I wanted to get stuck into. Not many of the houses I had seen had enough space to place a table in. Ideal for inviting the family over. I had the kitchen changed, the dishwasher was the third member of the family!

The garden is another favourite area which is so private and totally unexpected. Whether picnic or barbecue you can squeeze lots of people here. I hope the next owners will enjoy this area as I certainly have. I have swapped around the room upstairs and you can use either as the first as they are versatile. I also refitted the bathroom.
