The location sold our house to us along with the space and flexibility it offers it has made a perfect family home.

We have recently replaced both the guest cloakroom and en-suite shower room and added new carpets on the stairs and first floor. We did consider using part of the garage as a utility area and see this as a viable option should the new owner want to.

We can walk to the Tesco's superstore which is convenient when we need supplies and a short drive will see us in Ashford town centre. We are lucky to share this small cul de sac with friendly neighbours and will miss the security that it brings.
