I knew it was ‘the one’ when we walked through the door of the flat, I just fell in love with it!
When I fell pregnant with my second child, we realised another bedroom was required but leaving this flat was hard as we were so happy here. For any potential buyer however this is good news as there is no onward chain at our end.
My husband always said this road was his favourite as walking down it in the day there are great City-scape views over the horizon and you can even see the Brighton Wheel. At night time he would always comment that the stars were so bright too! We will miss this flat as it helped us get onto the ladder but have fond memories of it and feel the time is right to sell and let someone else enjoy it as much as we did!
