We fell in love with the property the minute we walked through the door and the sheer size of the rooms sold it to us immediately. It felt so unique and different from everything else we have viewed in Purley, it is rare to find something that offers so much in terms of space and convenience.

We have enjoyed raising our child here and the garden is great for him to burn some steam whilst we sit out and relax.

We have now outgrown the property and will be very sad to see it go but we hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have!
