When I was looking to buy 8 years ago, I knew as soon as I viewed this one that it was the one for me. It offered so much more space than others that I had seen, with much larger rooms.
The large south facing garden was also attractive and we have spent a great deal of time enjoying the garden, as it gets the sun all day.
I have not had to do a great deal of work to the house as it was in good condition when we bought it but I have replaced the central heating boiler and re-decorated.
I have also loved the location as it is far enough out of town to appeal but close enough to be convenient.
We are now looking to move due to work and it is time for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
